And as frosting on the cake at the end, we find Mary O'Grady's comment:
“You know what they call libertarians around the Texas Capitol building? Republicans who smoke marijuana.”
After contemplating a witty but sobering comment by Candy on the Miscellany entry of a while back, I am going to leave the blogging about narcos to The Mex Files. I am out of that business.
